We provide FREE mainland UK delivery on all orders. Orders are usually delivered within 1-2 working days between 9am – 5pm via Royal Mail.

Our standard returns policy is 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We recommend sending items back to Supplements Wise using a Recorded Delivery Service as we are not liable for any lost items. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Please send all items to the return address listed below.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.


Mainland UK delivery is free and sent First Class post.

We can offer a courier service for bulkier/large orders. The price for which is determined on the parcel weight. Please contact us at info@supplementswise.com for price details.

Lost or damaged parcels

If you have any lost or missing products from your order please use the contact us form.

Lost parcels must be reported to us within 30 days of the dispatch date. We will not be liable for any loss should you fail to do this.

If you find your products to be damaged in transit, we are willing to offer a refund or exchange if the products are returned (within 30 days of the dispatch date) to the returns address below. We will not be liable for any damage if you fail to do this.

Additional delivery information

  • All delivery timescales are subject to availability.
  • Your order may be despatched in more than one parcel and arrive at different times.
  • Working day refers to any day Monday to Friday and excludes Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays.
  • Delivery to the Scottish Highlands, islands and other remote areas may take longer.
  • We are unfortunately unable to deliver to PO Box addresses currently.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund (if applicable).

If you are approved for a refund it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit/debit card, within 48 hours of the return being accepted.

Late or missing refund

1 If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
2 Then contact your credit/debit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
3 Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
4 If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

We can only refund on sale items if the product is faulty when received. The product must be returned within 14 days of the dispatch date to the returns address below.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you require an exchange, please make sure you include the full product name you wish to exchange your order for. If you need to exchange it for the same item please include a returns note quoting your order number. Where we cannot provide the same original product, we can only exchange items to the same monetary value of the item returned.

Replacement items will be sent to the default delivery address on your account. If you want the replacement sent to a different delivery address please make sure this is clearly marked in your returns note.

We cannot accept any returns which have been opened due to health and safety reasons. We can only accept returns that are in their original condition, and all goods are inspected on return. Please ensure you package the products correctly so they are not damaged in transit. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund/exchange.

Please note that products cannot be returned/exchanged on the grounds of taste; taste is subjective to each individual.
