How much is postage?

Within the UK postage is FREE 1st Class delivery for any size order. Next day rates are available if needed but are chargeable. Please view our delivery page for more information. Outside the UK varies on which country is chosen, please contact for a quote before placing an order.

How quickly will I receive my order?

If you order Supplements Wise products before 2pm (Monday-Friday) your items will be shipped the same day guaranteed. Visit our shop page to view our full product range.

Do you deliver internationally?

For orders outside the UK each country is different, but delivery is usually no more than 7 days. Some parcels can be delayed at customs for which we cannot be responsible for.

My order has not been delivered, what do I do?

If your order has not been received within 10 working days please contact and quote your order number.

How do I return an item?

We accept returns if they are damaged, faulty or not as ordered. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Refunds of unopened bottles/tubs need to be sent back to our office within 30 days of purchase to receive a full refund. You must pay for the return postage. How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are usually delivered within 2 working days between 9am – 5pm via Royal Mail.

What type of payment methods are available?

We only accept payment via PayPal at this time. However this does allow you to complete payment by VISA, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express. All PayPal transactions are fast and are a secure method for making online paymentspayment.

PayPal operate with SSL secure encryption for all payments. This means payments are transmitted securely and safely. At present we only accept payments via PayPal for Supplements Wise orders. Paypal is a market leader for millions of online payments through sites such as eBay and most people online use PayPal to buy goods.

What happens if I am not in the house when my order is being delivered?

If you are not in to receive your order Royal Mail should put a card through your door. This card will state that they attempted delivery and will give you the opportunity to arrange a re-delivery or to pick up from the local depot. Many of our products are available in flat packs which will fit through your letterbox even if you’re not available.

What do you do with my personal details?

We only use your personal details to complete your order. We do not store any credit/debit card information on our website. Your name and address details are stored on our system to make further orders easier. Your name and address details are never sold or passed on to a third-party.
